Did someone say CAKE? Because we're thinking a cake is in order!

We're delighted to be celebrating Brown Bag Films turning 28 this month. Can you believe it?

This year seems to be flying by faster than the others and we've already hit some incredible markers including the 10th anniversary of the one and only, Doc McStuffins, an Annie Award win for Ada Twist, Scientist, a whopping 7 Canadian Screen Award nominations for our productions and teams (shout out to composers Ari Posner, Amin Bhatia and Kris Kuzdak who took home the award for Best Original Music, Animation), NAACP Image Awards nominations for Ada Twist, Scientist and Karma's World, a GLAAD Media Awards nomination for Ridley Jones, Rockie Awards nominations for both Karma’s World and Hello Jack! The Kindness Show.

We've also celebrated some important launch milestones including the Season 2 premiere of both Karma's World and Ada Twist, Scientist and Season 3 premiere of Ridley Jones on Netflix!

AND super exciting, we've just announced a brand new show for Apple TV+ — Sago Mini Friends!

It's a good thing We Love Animation® because we certainly are busy across all our studios. And we'd love to take this opportunity to extend a HUGE thank you to all our teams. We are so proud of the incredible talent we get to work with, learn from, and grow with on a daily basis, who contribute so much of their love and passion for animation from their hearts to the screen.

We also want to send some love to all our amazing audiences. Your love and support motivates us in doing what we do. We're so excited to be sharing some brand new shows we've been busy working on, with you all later this year!
