The holiday season is finally upon us and it's (almost) a wrap on 2021!

We are getting ready to celebrate the festivities, snuggle up in our Karma's World onesies and sneak a peek at our Secret Santa presents as we queue up our favourite Holiday Specials... BUT before we do, we wanted to share a few of this year's highlights with you.

No doubt about it, it's been another strange year as we continued to navigate this different kind of 'normal'. Our incredible teams have continued to work from home and produce amazing results despite the many challenges. And although we have missed being able to physically celebrate together, we have continued to share the joy of our achievements this year.

We launched an incredible slate of new shows: Ridley Jones, Ada Twist, Scientist, Karma's World, Get Rolling with Otis, and Hello, Jack! The Kindness Show!

It has been an absolute thrill to share these shows with the world and we're so proud of the stunning artwork our creatives continue to produce.

We also celebrated the 10-year anniversary of hit-series, Wild Kratts! For over a decade the Kratt Brothers have been taking us on exciting adventures to different corners of the world, to meet amazing new animals and help us learn about their habitats and mind-blowing Creature Powers! And we're sure you'll agree, it's been a WILD ten years indeed! Just check out #WildKrattsTurns10 on social media to see some fan favorite Wild Kratts moments or share your own.

Our beloved Ada Twist, Scientist soared to unimagined heights as she was transformed into a giant parade balloon for her inaugural flight in this year's Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade!

And this year also marks 9 Story and Brown Bag's return to the number ONE spot on the Kidscreen Hot50 Production list, since we last charted in first place back in 2018! Our 9 Story family was also voted second in the Hot50 Distribution category and snagged the number six spot on the Digital Media list.

We wanted to share some of the stats and figures highlighting the efforts of our teams that made this feat possible!

So, yes while it has been another strange year, it has also been a rewarding one. And we are truly blown away and very grateful for the heartwarming reception our new shows have received this year. We are now even more excited for you to meet some of our new friends in the coming year including Eureka! and Ladybird Lu. We're sure they will bring smiles to your hearts as they have to ours.
