Cory Bobiak is a Toronto-based director and artist whose credits span Emmy-winning kids’ shows and adult animation, including Peg + Cat, Ugly Americans, Mucha Lucha, Jimmy Two Shoes and more.

Cory has received many nominations for his work including Emmy Nominations for Outstanding Direction with Peg + Cat and Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum. Cory is currently Creative Director (Toronto), overseeing direction within the Toronto Studio

Cory Bobiak is a Toronto-based director and artist with an extensive list of television, design and artistic achievements. Cory has worked in both children’s and adult television programs ranging from the Emmy award-winning Peg + Cat, to Comedy Central’s Ugly Americans. He has animated, designed and storyboarded on numerous series including Mucha Lucha, Jimmy Two Shoes, Rick & Steve: The Happiest Gay Couple in All the World, Ugly Americans, Wibbly Pig and Peep and the Big Wide World.

Cory Bobiak served as creative director, series director, and supervising director on Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum. His impact is seen in the show’s distinctive visual style, engaging pacing, and its ability to balance educational storytelling with humour and heart. Drawing from his experience on Peg + Cat and other acclaimed series, Cory helped translate Brad Meltzer and Chris Eliopoulos’ book series (Ordinary People Change the World) into a vibrant animated format that resonates with young audiences.
