Wobblyland
Wobbly Land is a magical world of play where there is always something to do and always fun to be had.
Imagine a place where you can pull the land over you like a blanket, where trees squeak when you hug them, and where grass grows on the sun...
Wobblyland is a magical world of play where there is always something to do and always fun to be had. In this animated preschool children’s series, the entire landscape comes to life to provide a fascinating and educational experience full of music, games, and creativity.
Created by Cat Little, Brown Bag optioned and developed the project from Little’s graduating short Wobblyland after it scooped the Best First Irish Short Animation and Best Irish Short Animation Awards at the 2003 Galway Film Fleadh.
Brown Bag secured development funding from the Irish Film Board and presented the series at the Cartoon Forum in September 2005.
Wobblyland is set in a "fuzzy felt" world, a topsy turvy place that looks like a soft, bouncy play mat and where trees squeak when you hug them and houses are connected together by slides. The series celebrates play and encourages children to use their imagination to entertain and express themselves.
Wobblyland premiered on Nick Jr in 2007.
