Brown Bag Films Bali College Roadshow 2026

Our Bali studio team members Rezha Widias (Recruitment Manager) and Priandita Krisshandy (Animation Supervisor) embarked on a Brown Bag Films Roadshow across Java, Indonesia, this year from 3rd to 6th February. During this time, they visited several schools and universities across Java including: DOES University, SMTC MMTC, SMK Raden Umar Said (RUS Kudus) and SMK Tunas Harapan Pati.

This year's roadshow was a continuation of our Bali studio's collaboration with third level institutions across Indonesia, our team having travelled through Jakarta in 2023, with the aim of giving the students an opportunity to learn firsthand from industry experts, gain practical experience, and develop the skills necessary to thrive in a studio environment.

Through these roadshows, our Bali team conducted sharing sessions with students at each institution to introduce Brown Bag Films Bali, our studio culture, working environment, as well as skills and opportunities within the animation industry.

These sessions were designed not only to provide insights about career opportunities and the realities of working in animation, but also to build stronger relationships with schools and creative communities. We wanted students to gain a better understanding of the industry, feel more connected to the studio environment, and hopefully feel inspired to pursue careers in animation and storytelling.

The roadshow has become a valuable opportunity for our team to strengthen community engagement while introducing the vision and culture of Brown Bag Films Bali to future creative talent across Indonesia.
