Ciara is an experienced senior HR leader with a strong track record of developing and delivering people strategies that drive organizational performance. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive leadership teams to lead transformation, support growth, and build positive, high-performing workplace cultures.
As VP of Human Resources for Ireland & UK, Ciara leads the people strategy across the region, taking a people-first approach to every stage of the employee lifecycle. She works closely with leaders to support business objectives, guide organizational change, manage employment risk, and foster an environment where employees and teams can thrive. She also collaborates across Brown Bag Films' global network, contributing insights and expertise within a dynamic, matrixed organization.
Ciara's expertise spans employee relations, talent management, organizational design, leadership development, and employment law. Known for her optimistic, pragmatic, and results-focused leadership style, she combines strategic thinking with hands-on support to help teams achieve sustainable success.
She holds a Higher Diploma in Applied Employment Law from King's Inns, a Diploma in Mediation from the Mediators' Institute of Ireland (MII), and is a CIPD-qualified HR professional.
Ciara’s personal interests include writing poetry (for family and friends only!) and singing—when encouraged.
