In honor of International Cat Day, we've enlisted none other than the Wild Kratts to bring us closer to our feline friends!

Created by the International Fund for Animal Welfare in 2002, today's purpose is twofold as it aims 1) to raise awareness for cats, and 2) to understand more about how we can help and protect them. With big cats continuing their plight of endangerment - due to poaching, habitat loss, and other human-led initiatives - we need knowledge and action to do our part to save them!

Temple of the Tigers

After Aviva successfully sneaks up on and surprises the creature adventuring Kratt Brothers, they worry that they’ve somehow lost their signature ‘creature sense’. Chris and Martin go off in search of the stealthiest, most powerful wildcat in the world – the tiger - on a quest to prove to themselves that they’re still in tune with the creature world.

When a caracal steals Aviva’s special badminton birdie, Chis and Martin use their guinea fowl bird-mobile to find the speedy creature’s lair.

Back in Creature Time - Tasmanian Tiger

After their encounter with the Dodo Bird, the Wild Kratts decide to try out Aviva’s Time Trampoline again. This time to visit with the extinct Tasmanian Tiger. But their trip doesn’t go as smoothly as they hoped.  Not only do they run into the ancestors of Donita and Dabio – who are trying to get rid of all the Tasmanian tigers -  but the Wild Kratts have to defeat Zach, who is hatching a plan to keep them trapped in the past forever!

Martin and Chris discover some of the most dangerous and fascinating cats in the animal kingdom.

Cats and Dogs - Full Episode

While on the African savanna, Martin and Chris observe lots of wild cats and dogs interacting with each other. Soon, Wild Kratts kids are calling in from all over to ask about cats and dogs and whether they're like their own pets. Zach, who has been secretly listening to all the questions, comes up with scheme to capture and sell these creatures as “special” pets. The bros, Aviva, Koki, and Jimmy race to save the wild cats and dogs and protect them “living free and in the wild”.
