Last week saw the cheque presentation of the collective fundraising efforts of all involved in Brown Bag Film's Equinox Cycle 2013, partly organised by our own Brown Bagger Ronan O'Neill. 50 cyclists took part in what has been the biggest Equinox Cycle so far, in terms of people involved and money raised.

This year saw the Equinox crew cycle 230km from Howth Harbour in Dublin to the beautiful port town of Kinvara Galway, where champagne was popped and the crew celebrated another successful event. The huge fundraising efforts employed by all involved culminated in a handover of €21,500 to the chosen beneficiaries - Temple Street Children's Hospital and Headway. To date the Equinox Cycle has raised over €50,000 for both charities and we look forward to getting the wheels rolling again in September 2014!
