We've got some super news!
The shortlist for this year's IITD National Training Awards are in and we're delighted to be nominated for Best Talent Development Initiative for our Brown Bag Films Onboarding Programme (BOP)! This programme was set up by our Learning & Development team to help bring our new staff up to speed with our tools and processes and to ensure they receive the training they need to get started in our teams successfully.
Now in its twenty-third year, the IITD National Training Awards is recognised as the premier Learning & Development event for industry. The purpose of the IITD National Training Awards is to promote excellence, best practice and innovation in Training and Learning & Development, and to highlight the importance of this area in today’s business climate.
This demanding area of business is arguably the critical success factor for future growth and competitiveness for many organisations. Therefore, the role of those responsible for delivery and management of training is vital. For this reason it is absolutely right for the Learning & Development profession to have a cross industry national event to recognise, promote and honour excellence, professionalism and outstanding achievement.
We are shortlisted alongside Green Tech Skillnet, Pepper and Version 1. The Best Talent Development Initiative award will recognise an organisation which is aiming to create a coaching culture or mentoring initiative to improve leadership, performance, engagement or any other strategic or developmental objective.
The awards ceremony will take place virtually on June 23rd, 2021.
Congrats to all the nominees, see you at the virtual ceremony!
