This year the Great British Bake off celebrates 10 years on our TV screens. Our Manchester studio put a healthy twist on the show and had a courgette cook off right here in the studio!
The event was organised by our Health and Wellbeing Committee and showcased this versatile vegetable. The prize for the best dish won a cooking class with Amy Win from 4Lunch, an award winning social enterprise whose mission is to create social change within local communities by unlocking the power of food.

As well as delicious food, the studio also sampled handmade soft drinks from Steep Soda Co., a Manchester based soft drinks company.
