The Youth Media Alliance’s seventh edition the Children, Youth & Media Conference starts tomorrow in Toronto.

The Conference runs from November 15 through to 17, and offers three days of talks, panels, workshops and exchanges with industry professionals on a host of pivotal topics.

And this year the theme of the conference will focus on “Survival of the Fittest!”

We are also excited to share that 9 Story CSO, Natalie Osborne will be participating in one of the conference panel discussions!

Natalie oversees distribution, consumer products, acquisitions, marketing and business development at 9 Story Media Group. Her extensive background in sales and distribution, acquisition and brand management has given her a unique perspective on the industry and the experience to see each project’s potential to reach global markets via multiple platforms and brand extensions. She has a proven track record of nurturing ideas and relationships to build properties with enduring appeal and cross-border resonance.

Natalie Osborne will be one of the panelists on the China 101: Breaking the Wall session, which runs from 3:15pm to 4:15 p.m, on Wednesday November 15.

It’s focus will be on the big and fast paced content market in China, and the panelists will be sharing their insights on creating content for this fascinating market!

Panelists also include Sharon Gomes, Vice President of Production and Business Development, Little Airplane Productions, Jacqueline Vong, Director Of Licensing, Fun 2 Play Toys, and the moderator for the event will be Mary Bredin, Executive Vice-President, Content & Strategy, Guru Studio.
