A whole new era of fun is about to begin! We’re super excited to announce that Eureka! is premiering on Disney Junior and streaming on Disney+ USA, today, Wednesday, June 22, at 7:30 pm EDT/PDT!

Set in the prehistoric world of Rocky Falls, Eureka! tells the story of Eureka, a young girl inventor who is way ahead of her time. Utilizing out-of-the-box thinking, she creates inventions in the hopes of making the world a better place. With the help of her family, friends, and beloved pet mammoth Murphy, Eureka is learning to embrace that she is not ordinary — she's extraordinary!

Produced by Brown Bag Films in association with Disney Junior, Eureka! was created by Peabody Award-winning director Norton Virgien (Doc McStuffins) and award-winning children’s book author-illustrator Niamh Sharkey (Henry Hugglemonster) who also serve as executive producers, and developed alongside Emmy Award-nominated Erica Rothschild (Sofia the First) who also serves as co-executive producer and story editor.

Why should kids tune in? Eureka! is a series that wants to show kids that they have the power to change their world. Show co-creator Norton Virgien is thrilled to share Eureka! with the world, explaining that “Our hope is that by watching her adventures, Eureka will show all kids they have the tools to “thinker” their way to new solutions and change their world for the better.”

Show co-creator Niamh Sharkey hopes kids are inspired by the show. “What I love most about Eureka is that she's encouraging kids to be confident in their own ideas. Eureka has the tools to invent solutions that improve her world for the better. Her process also models the importance of trying, failing and learning from your mistakes. It's important to encourage kids to have confidence in their own abilities, but like any creative process it's essential to know that sometimes you have to 'fail it to nail it!”

This show has an incredible cast, including Ruth Righi (Sydney to the Max) as Eureka, Renée Elise Goldsberry (Hamilton) and Lil Rel Howery (Free Guy) as Eureka's parents Roxy and Rollo, Javier Muñoz (Hamilton) as her teacher, Ohm, Kai Zen (Amphibia) as Pepper, Devin Trey Campbell (Broadway's Kinky Boots) as Barry and Fred Tatasciore (Big Hero 6 The Series) as Murphy.

Other recurring and guest cast members include talent like Ellie Kemper (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt), Jack McBrayer (30 Rock), Ryan Michelle Bathé (The Endgame), Wendell Pierce (Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan), Emmy-winner Loretta Devine, Sheila E. and Misty Copeland!
