Earlier this year I set up an independent charity, where I, and a few of my friends who got involved, do a weekly soup run through the city centre and feed the homeless. We offer them whatever food we can muster up - mainly sandwiches, soup, chocolate, tea and coffee.

Our main aim is to feed them but we also put a lot of emphasis on having a chat with them, maybe sitting and conversing with them without judgement if they permit.

Last week I got the Brown Baggers involved and I'm delighted with all the contributions for this week!

The charity is called ‘When In Need’ and I will have more details up soon to show how anyone can get involved or donate!
