After an incredibly fun festival run, which included screenings at Dingle International Film Festival, International Children’s Film Festival, Dublin Animation Film Festival, Foyle Film Festival, Cinemagic Festival and Galway Film Fleadh... we're finally ready to reveal online for the first time, drumroll please, our Fighting Words collaboration short The Story Will Be Revealed in the Movie!

A unicorn-horned octopus and a talking purple chair fight to save their home town of Sunnyshine from a wicked king and his army of moustaches.

The irreverently titled 'The Story Will Be Revealed in the Movie' is a quirky, mad-cap, extraordinary tale that was written, designed, and performed by the children of Fighting Words as the third consecutive collaboration with Brown Bag Films, with narration by the wonderful Deirdre O'Kane.

“We're well used to making shows for children, but it's always such an exciting experience working directly with the kids in coming up with a story of their own design. The Story Will Be Revealed in the Movie is an example of letting the creative process run wild and creating a short unbound by the conventional rules of storytelling. What we end up with is something really special, quirky and full of energy directly from the kids' imaginations and we're delighted to finally be able to share it online after a great festival run,” director, Craig Kane.
