Dice Tsutsumi (Art Director, Toy Story 3) and Robert Kondo (Art Director, Monsters University) premiere their short film The Dam Keeper at the Berlin International Film Festival tomorrow.
The 18-minute film has an incredible painted look - a combination of TVPaint, Photoshop, and the amazing skill of some of Pixar's best, including Erick Oh and Chris Sasaki.
