Today, we're taking a look back over the incredible amount of colourful artwork our Brown Bag artists created last month for the 'Huevember' challenge.
For anyone who might not be familiar, Huevember is an art challenge that takes place in November with the goal of completing one drawing each day for the entire month in a given hue. The challenge sets itself apart from other art challenges with its colourful focus and results in an epic colour wheel of awesome as evidenced by the work we're thrilled to share with you from our own talented bunch.
First up, we explore some of 2D Designer Lynne Guthrie's Huevember creations where she took her hue inspiration from some sumptuous cinematic favourites:
2D Designer Pedro Martins took inspiration from both the big and small screen using the challenge as a way to hone his character designs:
Background Supervisor Melissa Rovere combined #Gouachevember and #Huevember into one fantastically fun combo with cute and colourful designs in her trademark charming style:
And our Shotgun Administrator Danielle Mahaffey gave us some vivid character illustrations using hair colour as the inspirational hue:
