Yesterday's #AMA session led to an exchange with our CEO, Cathal Gaffney, where we tweeted a picture of his letter from Animation college letting him know he had failed, next to his nomination for an Oscar:


Ballyfermot College has produced some of the most creative and inspiring animators, producers and filmmakers in the world, including Brian Woods, Graham Gallagher and Richie Baneham to a small fraction. Not to mention the legion of Brown Baggers past and present who are all Ballyfermot alumni.


This is just a reminder that sometimes failure is a step toward success. #FailBetter
