Happy National Dog Day! This week's #Sketch is in celebration of man's best friend, brought to us by our Manchester-based 2D animator, Julia Volbeda. Julia makes us all want to grab our four-legged furry friends and give them a big hug of appreciation!

Julia: I made this sketch on my phone on Autodesk SketchBook. What inspired me was that I often see dogs walking around in the studio and I miss having a dog.

I chose to set this scene during nighttime because when I was a child I would rest my head on my dog and try to sleep like that.
