Happy National Pumpkin Day!

With Halloween round the corner and autumnal vibes all around, we're definitely in the mood to celebrate this most versatile fall gourd. And what better way to celebrate than by shining a light on one of the humble pumpkins many uses - the jack-o'-lantern!
