The shortlist for this year's IITD National Training Awards are in and we're delighted to be amongst the nominees!

Now in its twenty-second year, the IITD National Training Awards is recognised as the premier Learning & Development event for industry.  The purpose of the IITD National Training Awards is to promote excellence, best practice and innovation in Training and Learning & Development, and to highlight the importance of this area in today’s business climate.  This demanding area of business is arguably the critical success factor for future growth and competitiveness for many organisations. Therefore, the role of those responsible for delivery and management of training is vital. For this reason it is absolutely right for the Learning & Development profession to have a cross industry national event to recognise, promote and honour excellence, professionalism and outstanding achievement.

Nominated in the Best Learning & Development Initiatives category for Best Leadership Development Initiative, we are shortlisted amongst industry heavyweights AIB, Central Bank of Ireland, Dalata Hotel Group, Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, Fingal County Council, Glanbia, and Lidl Ireland GmbH.

The Best Leadership Development Initiative award will recognise an outstanding and innovative Leadership or Management Development Initiative focusing on any or all levels within the organisation including Graduate to Executive Level.

The awards ceremony will take place on the new date of Friday, September 25th, at the Killashee Hotel.

Congrats to all the nominees, see you at the ceremony!
