Our Learning & Development Programme is a comprehensive training program designed to help our employees acquire new skills, enhance existing cabilities, and enable career growth. The program covers a range of learning activities, from technical and creative skills to leadership and management training, and is delivered through a combination of online courses, in-person workshops, and mentorship programs. The program includes a dedicated 'Drop Everything And Learn' (D.E.A.L) Hour initiative to all employees to be utilised purely for Learning & Development needs.

The winners of the Irish HR Champion Awards will be announced on April 21, 2023, at a gala ceremony in The Marker Hotel in Dublin.
