Darren: This Batman piece was painted in Clip Studio Paint on a Wacom Cintiq.

I’ve always been a huge comic book fan, in particular, anything to do with Batman. Having spent a lot of time painting in traditional media, I found the oil paint brush in Clip Studio Paint worked as close to real oil paint as I have seen. Allowing me to mix paint on the “canvas” as I worked.

I started with a rough line sketch and just went straight into painting.
