We're delighted to announce that ANYA is to have special education screenings at the Guth Gafa Documentary festival!

Guth Gafa (meaning ‘captive voice’) is Ireland’s only independent documentary film festival. Focussing on showcasing the latest award-winning International and Irish documentary films on thought-provoking subjects, and promoting the art of great story-telling, through film, to rural Irish communities.

The festival will take place this year over two weekends, starting this Saturday, October 25th in Donegal and then moving onto Meath the following weekend.

To kick off the Meath weekend Guth Gafa is holding a FREE Film Seminar where a fantastic assembly of international film guests will descend on Virginia, County Cavan on Friday 31st October, to take part in the programme of hands-on workshops and case studies, on the subject of social impact, audience engagement and outreach strategies for your films.
