Show someone with experience your work regularly and make sure they give you honest and helpful feedback. Learn to take criticism well as it is essential to becoming a good animator and being able to work in a team. It will help you improve at a much quicker rate than being too precious about your work.

Make sure to display these qualities in an interview. It will show in your work!

It can be scary asking for criticism but not all critics are harsh, so do ask for feedback and use it to improve!
