Brown Bag Films' Creative Director Darragh O'Connell will be speaking at Kidscreen Summit on February 24th!

The talk entitled: Turning the Page: Making the Leap From Book to Screen Effectively will discuss the process of taking book projects to screen.

Producing at the intersection of books and screens comes with unique creative challenges, but just what are the ups and downs of adapting stories from the main kidlit age categories—picture books, middle-grade and young adult—and how can a producer avoid or manage those challenges effectively? In this session, author Jeff Norton is joined by experts in this field to provide expert tips for tackling book-to-screen projects.
