Animation Art Show and Auction

On the 29th of July between 1pm and 6pm,  the Animators of Ireland are auctioning off a mountain of work in aid of The Children's Sunshine Home and Lauralyn house, who care for children with life limiting conditions.

The auction has been set up by Simon, Bianca, and Estrela of Boulder Media, and this year they've opened up this great event to the rest of us.

Amongst the donations from Brown Bag are an original drawing from the Oscar nominated Give Up Yer Aul Sins and an adorable little Love Bug by Children's Laureate, Niamh Sharkey.  As for the rest of the work, you can find it all catalogued in the schedule.

There's been a great response from the industry this year and I, personally, hope to see this event as a regular mark in my calender.  So head down to the Science Gallery in Trinity College this Sunday to see an astonishing variety of art.  Maybe even make a bid or two!
